  • Communication and engagement data: invoice send status, reminder counts, and email or invoice open/view events associated with invoice tracking links or tokens.
  • Billing and plan data: customer identifiers and plan usage information required to enforce subscription limits and manage plan access.
  • Support and feedback data: name, email, subject, message content, and origin data when you contact us or use feedback forms.
